Poor wording and image placement leads to a misunderstanding

A few days ago I was at the grocery store waiting to check out. As i looked around i saw a magazine with the head line "Death of a poker legend" with a picture of Doyle Brunson. I was saddened by this news.

I have been around poker a fair share in my life. I always had a soft spot for Doyle.

In this case poor wording and image placement leads to a positive misunderstanding, but mind you, that is not always the case.

Doyle Brunson is not dead.

But what the hell? You don't go saying something like "He's ALIVE!" and then put a giant picture of Elvis next to it. Come on.
