The gaol is to start a community wide service/ art project. The intent is to bring awareness of hunger issues in DC to the the public in a creative way. Blank brown paper lunch bags will be placed throughout the city. If you choose to participate, YOU will then decorate the lunch bag with a positive message or happy picture. The bags will then be collected and given out with a lunch to someone in need, of food and a smile. These stencils will be used at the bottom of blank brown paper bags. (the short explanation)
