Painting with bread for the city

A few years ago I started a project I called Eat Your Heart out. It was a community art/ service project. Read more about it here. I have been talking Bread for the City in trying to make the project a reality and getting food in the bags. Today we had our first paint session at the open farmers market. Awesome weather and great people!

Originally this drawing came from this Adele video of Hometown Glory and I was going to do a series of them with different verses on her shirt...then it came time to stand up and speak out about the issues in Arizona...and then she started wearing the Legalize Arizona t-shirt.
